Founder @ Skhokho Labs | Software Engineer | AI Agents & Web3 | Tech Mentor
Building the next generation of African tech — from distributed systems to decentralized protocols. Founder of Skhokho Labs, mentor at WeThinkCode_, blockchain builder, and gamification fellow at Tshimologong Wits University.
I operate at the intersection of Distributed Systems, Emerging Tech, and Entrepreneurship. My philosophy: build systems that are secure by design, scalable by default, and impactful by purpose.
As Founder of Skhokho Labs, I'm building African-first tech products. As a Technical Mentor at WeThinkCode_, I shape the next generation of engineers. As a member of the Africa Blockchain Club and fellow in the Tshimologong Wits Gamification Skills Programme, I stay plugged into the cutting edge of Web3 and innovation ecosystems.
Founded a tech company building African-first software products. Leading product development, engineering architecture, and go-to-market strategy across AI, Web3, and productivity tooling.
Selected for Wits University's Tshimologong gamification and digital innovation programme, applying game mechanics and behavioral design to real-world tech and learning challenges.
Active member collaborating on decentralized projects, smart contract development, and Web3 ecosystem growth across the continent.
Orchestrating code review cycles and standardizing pedagogical approaches to Java and Python system design. Leading 100+ developers through complex architectural challenges.
Intensive curriculum focused on low-level logic, memory management, and enterprise application development.
Before I wrote production code, I spent 18 months as a Graphic Designer at Meyiswa Training Academy (July 2022 – January 2024). Course materials, brochures, social assets, branded collateral. It was not portfolio work — it was design under deadline for real readers. That's where I learned typography, hierarchy, and the habit of designing for a specific audience rather than for my own taste.
Today I run design output across every Skhokho Labs build — from the product UI of Skhokho itself to client-facing decks, websites, and brand work. Design and engineering aren't separate disciplines in my practice; they're the same job viewed from two ends.
Brochures, flyers, course packs, branded print assets.
